Religion: It's fairly complicated mix of Russian Orthodox and animist, though nowadays, he's not very religious. At times, he falls back on traditionalist ideas rooted in his religion and also tends to be a tad superstitious.
Government: Municipality, current head is Yury Zabolev.
Likes: Snow, cold, fish, dogs (has one named Gregori), horses, working, cooking, science, ect.
Dislikes: heat, Stalin, stating his opinion (won't do so under any circumstances due to bad experiences with Stalin because of it), Gulags/forced labor, ect.
Notable Foreign Relationships: Since the times of the Soviet Union, he's mostly kept to himself and only deals with the people he absolutely has to. Whoever Russia (or Siberia) tells him to get along with, he will. I'm not sure if this counts, but he'll listen without question to anyone he considers superior. So he'll listen to Moscow without questioning him.
