Notable Foreign Relationships: Koka doesn’t really have many outstanding relationships, but he has a rivalry with nearby Iga, apart from that he doesn’t talk much to the rest of his siblings, unless he feels that they need protection for some strange reason. Apart from that he doesn’t get on well other Asians for obvious reasons and due to Shiga having good relations with Michigan, he’s on quite good terms with them also.
